How to order?
Having selected the photos you like there are several ways of placing your order:
- By Internet: the quickest means, your order is created automatically. (Valid for all ways of payment, except bank transfert) .
Products :
Our products are digital files sent by e-mail, with the quality that you choose according to the use you make of them. This allows to avoid important shipping cost, for you and us, in France or internationaly.
By printing the files yourself or in a shop, you will see that you will finally have 2 products, for less than if we had sent you a print picture.
Payment:
We accept various modes of payment:
- By credit/debit cart via the secured payment gateway.
- By Paypal (free registration and secured payment)

- By bank transfert, prior contact by e-mail.
Delivery times:
Your order is sent MANUALLY by Email as quickly as possible after payment (max. 5 days). Please ensure that there is sufficient space in your mail box to receive your order. Please also check your Spam Box if the delivery period is exceeded.

Prices indicated on the site are in Euros inclusive all taxes.
We reserve the right to modify our prices without notice but we agree to apply the tariffs in effects as indicated on the site at the time of the order.
We respond to all complaints in respect of your order. Examples: wrong photo, wrong size, ... after verification the vendor agrees to replace the photo.
The informations you provide is essential for the correct processing and delivery of your order. The absence of such information will result in the cancellation your order. By registering on the site, you agree to provide true and honest information.

You do not wish for your photos to appear on the site?
Your photo will be removed as soon as possible upon receipt of a request from yourself to this effect.
"The publication of photographs, limited by the image rights of the people or person photographed, is subject to particular provisions of Article 9 of the Civil Code of intellectual Property. Photographs will be removed at the first request of the person photographed or persons responsible in the case of minors or incapacitated persons. ?o other use will be made of the photographs without the express permission of the person photographed".
Who are we?
Foxphotos is a sole trader company founded in 2016 and listed at the INSEE with SIRET n° 522225960 00031.
His managor, M.BARREMAECKER David, is graduated in photography in 2005, and discover photo-filming by integrated the griffephotos company in 2008. He gains experience in several passes of the Alps (Alpes d'Huez, Galibier and Mont Ventoux). In spring 2012, he moves in Maurienne, creates foxphotos.fr and starts to work as a self-contractor at the "Col de la Madeleine". A few years later, he began to collaborate with other photographers to set up the company in other important passes in the region.
